Memorial Health Executive Vice President Spence Fisher was recently chosen as a Finalist for the Executive of the Year, as part of Columbus CEO magazine’s 2018 Healthcare Achievement Awards.

Conducted by Columbus CEO magazine, the sixth annual Healthcare Achievement Awards recognizes outstanding Central Ohio healthcare professionals and organizations who are making a difference in the health and wellness of their patients and in the community. Awards are presented in six categories: Executive of the Year, Practitioner of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, Healthcare Trailblazer, Pathway to Population Health and Volunteer(s) of the Year. Winners and finalists in the six categories are featured in the March 2018 issue of Columbus CEO magazine.

“The Memorial Health team is thrilled that Spence has been recognized with this well-deserved honor,” remarks Chip Hubbs, President and CEO of Memorial Health. “As Executive Vice President, Spence’s achievements are too numerous to list. Over the past 13 years he has been a key participant in nearly every major initiative we have pursued. Whether it is creating our Memorial Medical Group, acquiring a surgery center, partnering with The Ohio State University, planning for Memorial 2020, opening a wound care center, creating industry-leading medication therapy clinics, or any of dozens of significant ventures, Spence has been a key player in all of them.”
