“I Was Young, Now I’m Wonderful” - An Afternoon For Seniors
In support of local seniors, Senior Link of Memorial Hospital will be providing a special afternoon of entertainment and socialization open exclusively to Union County seniors age 60 and over.
The program “I Was Young, Now I’m Wonderful” – lunch, learning, laughs and lyrics for seniors will be held September 25, 2002 at the Der Dutchman Restaurant in Plain City from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The program features The Senior Repertory of Ohio Theatre Company’s performance of “I Was Young, Now I’m Wonderful,” a laugh-so-hard-your-cheeks-hurt theatrical performance.
The afternoon will also provide participants an opportunity to hear Sister Bettina Mollica’s presentation on “Well Being, A Spiritual Perspective.” A light lunch will be provided with entertainment provided by the Marion Country Stepping Seniors.
The Community Relations Committee of the Development Council of Memorial Hospital and UCATS provide additional sponsorship support for the day’s event. For ticket information call the Memorial Hospital Senior Link office at (937) 644-3211 or (800) 686-4677 ext. 2422.
