Director of Memorial Home Health Appointed
Service Line Receives Recognition
A new face has joined the Memorial Team – Nathan Lott, DPT, has been appointed the Director of Memorial Home Health, a service of Memorial Hospital.
Lott will lead the Home Health staff with the goal to enhance both professional and clinical relationships, as well as to provide vision and direction to increase the growth of this service line.
Lott joins Memorial in a dual partnership role with Alternate Solutions HomeCare in Dayton, Ohio, where he serves as Field Administrator for the Columbus office. He graduated from the University of Dayton with his Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Lott was presented with the “Caregiver of the Year” from American Nursing Care in both 2013 and 2014.
“Home healthcare will continue to be a growing service line for Memorial as the nation’s population ages,” comments Dr. Victor Trianfo, Chief Medical Officer for Memorial Health. “The appointment of Nathan into this key role will provide our organization with tremendous leadership for additional development of our home health capabilities.”
Memorial Home Health was recently awarded the “Best Superior Performer” award for 2017 by Strategic Healthcare Partners (SHP) and ranked in the top 20% in the nation regarding benchmarks and quality measure scores, from the patient's point of view.
“We are proud to have hard-working, quality conscious organizations like yours as part of the SHP family,” comments SHP President Rob Paulsson. “The dedication, compassion and care that you show to your patients is reflected in the feedback they have provided via the HHCAHPS patient satisfaction survey.”
