    Marysville, Ohio – Memorial Hospital has earned a four-star rating by Hospital Compare, an initiative of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which rates the quality of care at over 4,000 Medicare-certified hospitals across the country. Patients can use Hospital Compare to find hospitals and compare the quality of their care.

    Ashley Boyer, MHA, BSN, RN, has been promoted to Chief Nursing Officer for Memorial Health. Boyer now joins Memorial’s senior administration, and will continue to oversee the areas of Nursing Services, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Obstetrics, Clinical Education, Medical/Surgical, Cardiovascular Lab, and Home Health.

    Student Design Selected for Holiday Card

    Arlie Beekman, a fourth grader at Fairbanks Elementary School, was the winner of Memorial Health’s 2019 Holiday Card Design Contest for local students. Beekman received a $50 gift card from Memorial Health for her artistic endeavors. Pictured at the award presentation, left to right, is Karen and Arlie Beekman, and Katherine Phillippo, Fairbanks K-5 Art Teacher. This is the twelfth straight year for Memorial’s annual holiday card design contest with local schools.
