Amy serves as Chief Operating Officer of Memorial Health. Appointed in 2026, she brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience spanning integrated health systems, specialty pharmacy, population health, and managed care.

Prior to joining Memorial, Amy served as Regional Chief Pharmacy Officer for Mount Carmel Health System, part of Trinity Health, where she led regional pharmacy strategy and operations beginning in 2022. Previously, she held several executive leadership roles at OhioHealth, including Senior Director of Pharmacy Services for Population Health and System Director of Pharmacy Clinical Services. Earlier in her career, she held pharmacy leadership positions at Doctors Hospital and Riverside Methodist Hospital.

Amy earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and her Master of Business Administration from Ball State University. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS).

A recognized thought leader, Amy is a published author and national speaker on healthcare operations, strategic execution, system integration, and practice innovation.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, reading, trying new recipes, and staying active. She is the proud mother of three children and enjoys making memories with her family. She is committed to serving her community through volunteer board service, including local healthcare and nonprofit organizations, and is the founder of the Plain City Page Turners Book Club.
