Ashley Boyer, MHA, BSN, RN, has been promoted to Chief Nursing Officer for Memorial Health. Boyer now joins Memorial’s senior administration, and will continue to oversee the areas of Nursing Services, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Obstetrics, Clinical Education, Medical/Surgical, Cardiovascular Lab, and Home Health.

Since joining the nursing staff at Memorial Hospital in 2010, Boyer has worked as Assistant Vice President of Nursing Services, Director of the Medical/Surgical unit, Director of Nursing at Memorial Gables, Director of Obstetrics, and Minimum Data Set Coordinator (MDS).
Born and raised in Union County, Boyer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. Before coming to Memorial, she worked as a floor nurse and MDS Nurse at Heartland of Marion.
Boyer and her husband have two children, and she is active in the local community, serving on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Union County, as well as a member of the Memorial Auxiliary Twig 10.
