Memorial Health has announced a new partnership with Ohio Gastroenterology Group, Inc., the region’s leading provider of advanced gastrointestinal (GI) procedures. Beginning November 1, OhioGastro is providing gastroenterology services, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies, at the Memorial Specialty Care Center.

“This partnership brings a new level of GI services to our region, and Memorial is pleased with what that means to patients,” comments Spence Fisher, Memorial Executive Vice President. “Together, Memorial and OhioGastro are offering appointments Monday through Friday, providing area patients better access to schedule a procedure or clinic/follow-up appointment. OhioGastro was established in 1996 and their team performs more GI procedures each year than any other provider in the region, with a focus on management and treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), as well as gastrointestinal diseases and disorders.
