Chad Baker, PT, DPT, graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo in 2020 and returned to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023.

Chad strives to treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions for patients of all ages.

In his free time, he enjoys working out, watching sports, golfing, home renovations, and spending time with family and friends.
