June 4, 2026 – The Memorial Health Foundation has announced the election of four new members to its board. The Memorial Health Foundation provides expanded philanthropic giving opportunities in support of the charitable mission of Memorial Hospital and related operations.
The following were added as Memorial Health Foundation Board members at the April 2026 board meeting:
- Scott Brock
- Janel Chapman
- Jennifer Segner-Maxwell
- Matt Simon
“Memorial is thrilled to welcome these four individuals to our Foundation Board,” shares Chip Hubbs, CEO, Memorial Health. “Our board will be strengthened by the unique experiences, leadership, and dedication to change that each of these individuals contributes, and our team is excited to learn from their insights.”
The Memorial Health Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation under U.S. Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) [3]. Contribution opportunities include an annual fund, charitable estate planning, and a variety of event and project sponsorship opportunities, with all proceeds supporting the charitable mission of Memorial Health.
