Calling all expecting mothers – bring your bump, a pillow, and your support person! Our obstetrics and physical therapy teams are excited to help you feel more comfortable and confident throughout pregnancy, as your delivery date gets closer, and during recovery.

You’ll start by spending time with our Physical Therapy team who will:

• Share tips on how to prepare your pelvic floor for labor
• Teach balancing techniques and labor positions that can help your experience
• Explain the benefits of pelvic floor physical therapy after delivery

Next, you’ll:

• Tour the Memorial Miracle Life Center with an obstetrics nurse and see where the miracles happen
• Talk through what labor and delivery may look like for you
