Bailey Kurdys, PA-C

As a Physician Assistant on our Memorial General & Colorectal Surgery team, Bailey is committed to providing patient-centered care that puts patients at the heart of every decision. She believes patients should have a voice in their care and strives to make sure they understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect throughout their surgical journey.

Bailey takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, understand their individual needs, and communicate clearly and compassionately. She values shared decision-making and works collaboratively with patients and the surgical team to develop a plan that aligns with each patient’s goals and preferences.

Before joining Memorial, Bailey worked as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine. Her broad clinical training included rotations in general surgery, family medicine, internal medicine, women’s health, psychiatry, pediatrics, and emergency medicine, providing her with a well-rounded foundation for caring for patients with diverse needs.

Bailey received her Master of Physician Assistant from University of Findlay and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Westminster College. Inspired by her experiences as a soccer player, Bailey became a Physician Assistant after seeing firsthand the impact expert clinicians had during her own soccer injuries.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys working out, reading, spending time with family, and spoiling her dogs, Bolt and Milo.
