Dr. Leeds is an internal medicine physician with a passion for preventive and patient-focused care. He believes in treating the whole person—not just individual symptoms—by considering the many factors that contribute to health and healing. His approach integrates medical expertise with a strong focus on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle habits, emotional well-being, and social connections.
With a particular interest in gastrointestinal health, Dr. Leeds specializes in the evaluation and management of conditions such as functional abdominal pain and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). He understands how significantly digestive issues can affect a person’s quality of life, and he partners with patients to create personalized care plans that address both physical and emotional aspects of their condition.
Known for being a thoughtful and compassionate listener, Dr. Leeds takes time to understand each patient’s unique story. He believes that when patients share their perspective, they provide crucial insight into what they are experiencing – insight that guides more effective, tailored treatment. He aims to be approachable and empathetic to all his patients at Memorial Internal Medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Leeds is active in his church, serving on the medical team at Cypress Church in Galloway. He is married to his wife, Abby, and they are proud parents. He enjoys golfing at unique courses around the country and exploring local breweries.
