Dr. John Sutter covers primary care and family medicine needs for patients of all ages. He places a high degree of importance on preventive care, including annual screenings, and likes to work with his patients to develop customized healthcare plans. He also has a passion for working with patients who struggle with weight management – he works one-on-one with his patients to find areas of motivation, as well as ways to balance life goals.
Prior to joining Memorial, Dr. Sutter was a primary care physician for the last four years with OhioHealth in Powell, where he focused on the full spectrum of care for his patients. He completed his medical degree at the Saba University School of Medicine and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Toledo.
Dr. Sutter is married to Kara, who specializes in maternal fetal medicine. Together, they have two young children. The Sutter family enjoys outdoor activities, from fishing to golf to boating.
