As a family physician, Dr. McBride believes in whole-person care that honors the mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is rooted in comprehensive, patient-centered medicine – built on trust, compassion, and a genuine partnership between doctor and patient.

Her passion lies in lifestyle medicine and the powerful role everyday choices – nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management – play in preventing and reversing chronic disease. She also recognizes mental and emotional health are inseparable from physical wellbeing, and she strives to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel safe to share and heal.

Women’s health is a particular focus of Dr. McBride, and she is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care across all stages of life – from reproductive health and family planning to menopause and beyond. She values patient education and autonomy, ensuring that women are heard, informed, and empowered to make the best decisions for their bodies.

Whether it is managing a chronic illness, working toward better balance, or navigating a life transition, her goal is to meet patients where they are and help them move toward greater health and vitality – on their own terms.

Outside of her practice, Dr. McBride enjoys running, peloton cycling, reading, and gardening. She also finds delight in international travel, including serving as a mission volunteer to help improve healthcare access in remote oversees locations.

Dr. McBride will begin her practice at Memorial Family Medicine | Plain City, and will transition to the Memorial Jerome Medical Center in early 2026.
