As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Sara is available to evaluate and treat patients, diagnose illnesses, conduct exams, and prescribe medications, much like a family doctor. Working in conjunction with the other providers at the practices, together they will offer a family medicine team for your needs.
Commenting on why she chose Memorial, Sara shares that she has been a patient at Memorial in the past, and she has always been impressed with the ease of access, coupled with the excellent care provided by our teams. Sara and her husband have a two-year-old daughter and all three live on their hobby farm in East Liberty. They love living off their land, raising chickens, and restoring their vintage Airstream trailer for future family camping trips.
