Continuing a tradition of holiday giving, the Board of Trustees of Memorial Health voted to forgo receiving a holiday gift so that those allocated funds can be donated to community organizations who help Union and Champaign County residents in need.
Memorial Health President and CEO Chip Hubbs recently notified eight organizations about the donations, including Care Train of Union County, the Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner, Plain City Area Free Clinic, Plain City Daily Needs Assistance, the Hope Center, Milford Center Food Pantry, North Union Personal Needs Pantry, and the Caring Kitchen of Urbana.
