May 12, 2026 – Memorial Health has announced the appointment of Amy Dickson, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience, as the organization’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective July 13, 2026.
As COO, Dickson will serve as a key member of Memorial’s executive leadership team and help lead operational execution across the organization. She will partner closely with executive and clinical leaders to strengthen access, improve throughput and operational performance, support sustainable growth, and help ensure Memorial continues delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the region.
Spence Fisher, President of Memorial, addresses the new COO appointment, sharing, “Amy is a highly respected healthcare executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across health systems, specialty pharmacy, population health, and managed care. She has a strong track record of developing strategic partnerships and leading enterprise solutions that deliver measurable value for patients, payors, and providers. In addition to her operational expertise, Amy is a published author and national speaker on system integration, strategic execution, and practice innovation. We are excited for the expertise, leadership, and vision she will bring to our organization.”
Dickson will join Memorial from Mount Carmel/Trinity Health, where she has served as Regional Chief Pharmacy Officer since 2022. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at OhioHealth, including Senior Director of Pharmacy Services for Population Health and System Director of Pharmacy Clinical Services. Her career experience also includes leadership positions at Doctors Hospital and Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Dickson earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Ohio Northern University and her Master of Business Administration from Ball State University. She completed her Pharmacy Practice Residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
