The Memorial Health Foundation has announced the election of four new members to its board. The Memorial Health Foundation provides expanded philanthropic giving opportunities in support of the charitable mission of Memorial Hospital, Memorial Gables, and related operations.
The following were added as Memorial Health Foundation Board members at the April 2024 board meeting:
- Megan McCarthy Collins
- Jeffrey Moore, MD
- Sarah Seeberg
- Victor Trianfo, DO
“Memorial is thrilled to welcome these four individuals to our Foundation Board, and I look forward to working with them in this new capacity,” shares Chip Hubbs, President/CEO, Memorial Health. “Each of these community leaders brings important expertise and changemaker experiences to our board and I am eager to draw from their insights.”
Hubbs continues, “The Memorial Health Foundation also recognizes the service of four outgoing members of the board, who have served their term and played an active role in strategic development of Memorial’s philanthropy efforts. Thank you to Bruce Daniels, Tom McCarthy, Andrea Weaver, and Jim Wimmers.”
The Memorial Health Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation under U.S. Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) [3]. Contribution opportunities include an annual fund, charitable estate planning, and a variety of event and project sponsorship opportunities, with all proceeds supporting the charitable mission of Memorial Health.
