Ohio Auditor of State Keith Faber’s office has returned a clean 2023 audit report for Memorial Health. This marks the twelfth year for which Memorial has received the Auditor of State Award, a designation that only 6% of all annual audits in Ohio receive.
“We are honored to once again accept the Auditor of State Award,” announces Jeff Ehlers, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “Memorial is proud to receive this coveted distinction, conferred upon organizations that exemplify the highest financial transparency and accountability standards. A thank you to all our Accounting team members for their tireless efforts in making this prestigious award possible.”
The Auditor’s office presents the Auditor of State Award to local governments and school districts upon the completion of a financial audit. Entities that receive the award meet a stringent set of criteria to earn a “clean” audit report.
