Memorial Health announces the appointment of Michael (Mike) Willis, a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in finance, as the organization’s new System Controller.

Willis joins Memorial from Worthington Christian Village where he served that organization for the last eight years as Controller. His responsibilities included oversight and production of all financial results for five non-profit corporations. Prior to that position, he spent nine years with JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Accountant and Tax Analyst.

Willis has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from The Ohio State University. He lives in Sunbury with his wife.

Speaking on his appointment, Willis comments, “I am excited to be a new member of the Memorial Accounting team – this team has demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and exceptional commitment to fiscal integrity for the organization, including securing the clean audit report award from the Ohio Auditor of State’s office the last 11 years. I look forward to leading and working alongside this staff who, every day, strives to attain accounting excellence.”
