Memorial Health has announced its services are reaching further in the region with the addition of three new providers to its growing team of primary/specialty care physicians and mid-level providers.
Dr. Wiley previously practiced at the Family Health Centers of Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville, where he provided comprehensive family medical care for the last 22 years. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Wiley completed his Family Medicine residency at Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. He graduated with his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
Dr. Wiley and his wife live locally and are the proud parents of three adult children. In his spare time, Dr. Wiley enjoys anything outdoors – fishing, hiking, and camping. To become a new patient of Dr. Wiley, those interested can call (937) 578-5555.
Dr. Kellermier recently served as a hospitalist at Memorial Hospital, providing care to inpatients as part of the MedOne Hospital Physicians team. Prior to that, she served as a hospitalist at the University of Rochester Medical Center, as well as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry.
Her post-degree training was with the Rochester Regional Health System Internal Medicine Residency Program in Rochester, NY. She received her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and her undergraduate degree from Kent State University.
Dr. Kellermier and her husband have two daughters and as a family, they enjoy outdoor activities and hiking. Dr. Kellermier grew up in India and loves to recreate her cherished family recipes, in addition to cooking family meals in the kitchen. As a general neurologist, Dr. Tejani provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles in adults. Her previous experience was with Mount Carmel Health System in Grove City. She received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her internship at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio. She went on to complete her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. She is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Her areas of focus include headaches/migraines, stroke, epilepsy, neuropathy, tremors, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia including Alzheimer’s disease. She is trained to administer Botox injections for chronic migraines. Dr. Tejani describes herself as a strong advocate for her patients, aiming for open communication and joint decision making to create a personalized plan of care. Her goal is to help patients understand the causes behind their conditions and develop a comprehensive management plan together.
In her free time, Dr. Tejani loves to spend time with her husband and their young daughter. Her favorite activities include traveling, exploring local parks, and trying out new restaurants. She also enjoys cooking and doing arts and crafts.
