Why do you love your position at the Gables?
I love my position at Memorial Gables because I have met some of the most wonderful people. The friendships I have made with residents, families, and co-workers are priceless. I love the fact that we can make families feel comfortable and happy at the hardest time in their life when they have to make the decision to have a mother, father, or other family member placed in a home other than their own.

What is the reason you come to work every day?
The reason I come to work every day is to make Memorial Gables a place where patients want to get better to return to their home, residents a place where they love to live, and families are happy their loved one lives in a place where they are safe and are receiving quality healthcare. What makes it all worthwhile is the smile on the resident’s face and the smile they put on mine.
