Rachel Columber, PT, DPT

Rachel Columber, PT, DPT, joined Memorial Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine as a clinician in 2016. She works in our inpatient setting, treating patients in all areas of care from post-op recovery through ICU.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science Education degree and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011, both from Walsh University.

She is passionate about treating patients in our critical care unit, and educating patients and family to return home safely.
