Amber Kuchmek, PTA, ATC

Amber Kuchmek, PTA, ATC, started working for Memorial Health in 2017. She is currently the Clinical Lead at Memorial Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine at our City Gate location. She also carries her Athletic Trainer certification, and helps out when needed to cover sporting events.

Amber studied Athletic Training at Wright State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2009. After working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, she went back to school, obtaining her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Kent State University in 2012.

She has a passion for helping people return to their prior levels of function and be able to participate in whatever they are most passionate about.

Amber resides in Marysville, her hometown, with her husband and two precious little boys. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, scrapbooking, and doing anything that involves her kids.
