Randy Moore, PT, OCS, MBA

Randy Moore, PT, OCS, MBA, joined the team at Memorial in January 2005. In 2021, after 16 years as the Director of Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, he took on the role as Executive Director of Musculoskeletal Services.

He graduated from Ball State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1997. In 2006, he became a board certified specialist in orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association. He earned an MBA from Urbana University in 2011.

His primary practice focus has been in outpatient orthopedics with strong interests in the spine and integrating evidence-based practice.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, golf, fishing, and endurance sports.
