Jeremy Woods, PT

Jeremy Woods, PT, joined Memorial Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in September 2021.

He spent four years studying pre-physical therapy and exercise science at the University of Toledo before earning his Bachelors degree from SUNY Buffalo, NY in 2001.

Jeremy has 20 years of experience in multiple settings, including skilled nursing/extended care facilities, assisted living facilities, inpatient/hospital and outpatient clinics. He enjoys helping patients of all ages with their orthopedic ailments be it from general wear and tear to sports-related injuries. He is also experienced with the treatment of vestibular and concussion diagnoses. He enjoys the challenge of finding the root cause of the problem, educating patients on how to fix/correct the current symptoms, and how best to prevent future recurrences.
