Andrew Chileski

Serving in the role of Memorial Health’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) is Andrew Chileski. Andy is responsible for all information technology and strategy for Memorial Hospital, Memorial Gables, all Memorial outpatient facilities, and our various primary care and specialist physician practices. Andy also has oversight of the areas of Imaging, Laboratory, and BioMed.

Prior to joining Memorial in 2018, Andy worked at Berger Health System in Circleville, Ohio where he led their IT initiatives for more than 19 years. Most recently, he held the positon of Berger’s CIO and Vice President of Support Services, where he was hailed for his technical skills as well as his business acumen and strategic focus.

An Army veteran, Andy holds his BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS in the same discipline from Century University.

Andy and his wife have two children.
