If you scored a point value of three or more, you are at high to moderate risk for sleep apnea.

If you scored a point value of two or less, you are at low risk for sleep apnea.
We recommend taking this test again if your sleep-related symptoms change. Be sure to talk to your PCP about any sleep-related concerns, as other sleep disorders besides sleep apnea may be contributing.
