Bob Schwyn
Bob Schwyn was welcomed to the Memorial Health Board of Trustees in 2025.
Bob is currently a Senior Partner with The Chartis Group, a management and consulting firm, where he oversees the Digital & Technology Transformation practice for healthcare clients across the nation. For over 40 years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles within healthcare settings, with more than 25 years of experience as a Healthcare Information Technology executive. His expertise is rooted in leading teams towards clinical transformation, in addition to the design and delivery of solutions for enhancing patient care quality, improving operational effectiveness, and achieving excellence in customer service.
He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton with a concentration in Information Systems. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University.
Bob grew up on a farm in Northwest Ohio, moving to Union County in 1992, where he currently lives with his wife, Linda. They are the parents of three adult children with seven grandchildren in the family. Leaning into his deep roots in agriculture, Bob has partnered with his sons to run a small crop operation locally. He currently serves as a board member for 2nd Chances.
