Hanna was appointed Vice President of Operations in 2026 after serving as Senior Director of Ambulatory Services. Her promotion reflects more than 12 years of progressive leadership at Memorial, where she has played an integral role in advancing the organization’s strategic growth and operational excellence.

Throughout her tenure, Hanna has led initiatives spanning business development, strategic planning, physician recruitment, community outreach, and real estate expansion. She has been instrumental in cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting Memorial’s mission to expand access to high-quality healthcare for the Marysville region and surrounding communities.

Hanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare from Shawnee State University and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University.

A dedicated community leader, Hanna leads the Union County Healthcare Providers’ Association as President and serves on the Board of Directors of the Union County Chamber of Commerce. In recognition of her leadership and community impact, she received the Chamber’s Emerging Leader Award in 2023.

Hanna lives in Marysville with her husband, Cody, and their two daughters.
