Dr. Boucher was appointed President of Memorial Medical Group (MMG) in 2026 after serving as Medical Director beginning in 2024. His advancement reflects Memorial’s commitment to physician-led leadership and to strengthening physician engagement as a driver of innovation, quality, and growth across our ambulatory care network.

A board-certified family and sports medicine physician, Dr. Boucher has held clinical leadership and patient care roles across Memorial, including with Memorial Orthopedics and Memorial Family & Sports Medicine | Gateway. His diverse background in primary care, orthopedics, and sports medicine provides a broad perspective on care delivery, physician collaboration, and patient outcomes.

Dr. Boucher holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas and he earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean. He completed both a family medicine residency and a sports medicine fellowship at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center.

He lives in the Columbus area with his wife, Erin, and their three children. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and participating in sports as a player, coach, or fan.
