Kylie Hayes-Akers, PT, DPT, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Health Science from Bowling Green State University in 2016 and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at The Ohio State University in 2019. In 2024, she gained her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association.
Kylie specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, abdominal pain, as well as the intra-partum and post-partum populations. In 2023, she added training in pelvic floor dry needling to her expertise. This can be utilized to treat urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, vulvodynia, dyspareunia, pudendal neuralgia, and pelvic organ prolapse.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spoiling her beagle, and spending time with family and friends.
