Primary Care

Having a primary care provider helps you navigate your healthcare journey – from days when you are ill, to continually partnering with you on wellness and prevention. Reach out to your primary care team for:

  • Illness treatments and immunizations
  • Wellness and prevention plans
  • Chronic disease and condition management
  • Silent disease screenings
  • Annual physical examinations and vaccinations
  • School and sports physicals
  • Well-child check-ups
  • Weight management, smoking cessation, stress management, and more!

Memorial Urgent Care

Here for you when you need non-life-threatening medical attention within 24 hours or less and you cannot get an appointment with your physician, our Urgent Care team can provide convenient care for you and your family. Head to one of our locations for:

  • Cuts or wounds that may require stitches
  • Sprains, strains, or broken bones
  • Mild asthma attacks
  • Minor eye and ear infections
  • Allergies and sinus infections
  • Diarrhea, fever, or vomiting
  • Cough, cold, and sore throats
  • Minor burns and rashes
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Physicals for school sports ($25)


Monday – Friday: 9 am – 9 pm
Weekends: 9 am– 6 pm

Urgent Care can typically be less expensive than emergency visits, helping to save you money. And, our Urgent Care providers communicate with your primary care provider about any treatment or referrals.


Emergency Department

Life-threatening issues require fast, emergency care. Lean on the care of our highly specialized ED staff for
your severe medical issues like:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Severe bleeding
  • Broken bones
  • Partial or total amputation of a limb
  • Trauma or injury to the head
