Memorial Health has announced its services are reaching further in the region with the addition of six new providers to its growing team of primary/specialty care physicians and mid-level providers.
Joining the Memorial Family Medicine | Gateway practice is Kelly Loman, DO. Dr. Loman provides family medicine needs for patients of all ages. Her dedication is rooted in taking care of her community, a labor of love that has been inspired by her father who is a community-focused physician in Indianapolis. Dr. Loman loves connecting with her patients on a one-to-one basis, forming a health care team so that together decisions can be made. She treats a full spectrum of care with a keen focus on prevention and finding ways to help each patient remain healthy throughout their lives. Dr. Loman has a passion for well-child/pediatric care and women’s health and has an interest in treating those patients with diabetes and hypertension. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Loman completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. Rita’s Medical Center. She graduated with her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also holds her Master of Science in Medical Physics from Duke University and her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Physics from Indiana State University. Jennifer Bissel, FNP-C, joins Memorial Family Medicine | Mill Valley with over 11 years of experience as a nurse and six years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Previously, she served at The Little Clinic in Marysville, with numerous years in a dual role as a provider and clinic manager. Prior to that, Jennifer was a nurse at Mount Carmel West. She earned her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Enhancing the experience of her patients by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care is a passion of Jennifer’s. She loves to focus on building lasting relationships across the lifespan while partnering with her patients to deliver preventive care, maintain wellness, and treat both acute illness and chronic disease. Megan Keighley, FNP-C, is a familiar face at Memorial Health, as she has served as a nurse for 12 years within the Critical Care Unit and Emergency Department. In addition, for the past two years, Megan has worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Mary Rutan Urgent Care, with seven months at Logan View Pediatrics in Bellefontaine. Megan earned her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Ohio University. A key goal of Megan’s is building relationships with her patients and understanding their life’s goals. She works diligently to gain the trust of her patients and educate them on preventive measures for health and wellness. Her areas of expertise include diabetes education, blood pressure management, and weight control.
Sara Morrison, FNP-C, joins Memorial with over 20 years of experience as a nurse, with extensive expertise within the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. She served ICU patients at Dublin Methodist Hospital most recently, with nearly 15 years prior at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Sara’s passion is helping her patients see the benefits of preventive care, with regular check-ups and an adjusted plan of care based on age and current health. She has years of experience with high blood pressure and cardiac hypertension and is devoted to helping patients tackle these conditions.
Joining the Memorial Primary Care | Scottslawn practice is Amanda Myers, FNP-C. Amanda has been in practice as an FNP-C for 10 years, most recently at the Mercy Health Family Medicine & Pediatrics practice in Urbana. Prior to Mercy, Amanda served at CVS Minute Clinic in Grandview, Ohio and was a member of the Surgical Resource Team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Amanda has her Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University, with her Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from OSU as well. Shared decision-making is at the forefront of Amanda’s care of her patients. She believes in being a partner together – working on acute and chronic conditions, with a keen focus on preventive care. A new face is gracing the halls of the Memorial Cancer Center – Olivia LeMaster, CNP, has joined the Memorial Oncology & Hematology team. Olivia, along with lead oncologist Dr. Robert Rupert and Jenna Hoffman, CNP, sees patients at two locations – Memorial Hospital’s main campus in Marysville as well as at the Memorial Urbana Medical Center. Together, the team works to provide a continuum of care for patients diagnosed with cancer or malignant/non-malignant blood disorders. For those within their cancer journey, the providers will focus on treatment option plans, nutritional guidance, patient education, in addition to continual oncological care. This team approach will also include pharmacists, patient navigators, and dietitians, to help round out the care. Olivia has been serving hematology/acute leukemia patients for over 10 years, most recently at The James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute. She has her Master of Science in Nursing with an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specialty from The Ohio State University. She also has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowling Green State University.
