Allison Jacobs, BS, PTA, joined Memorial Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine as a clinician in August 2021.

She earned her Bachelor of Exercise Science degree from the University of Toledo in 2018, and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Rhodes State in 2021.

She enjoys working with a variety of patients, ranging from orthopedics to generalized weakness. Allison has a passion for treating patients within a team environment to assist patients in returning to their hobbies and achieve their goals.
