Andrew (Andy) Chileski serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Memorial Health, leading the organization’s overarching information technology operations, digital transformation, and strategic innovation. In addition to IT, Andy is Vice President of Diagnostic Services overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of clinical and operational support services. Under his leadership, these departments work in tandem to ensure Memorial’s hospital, outpatient centers, and multi-specialty physician practices operate with peak technical and logistical efficiency.

Andy joined Memorial Health in 2018, bringing nearly two decades of healthcare IT leadership experience. He previously served as CIO and Vice President of Support Services for Berger Health System in Circleville, Ohio, where he was recognized for aligning complex technical infrastructure with long-term business and strategic goals.

An Army veteran, Andy holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and Century University, respectively. He resides locally with his wife and are parents to two adult children.
