Memorial Health announces the appointment of Kelly Johns, BSN, RN, CCM, CRRN, as the organization’s Case Management Director and the appointment of Leigh Anne Germani, MSN, RN, as Emergency Department Nurse Director.
Johns joins Memorial after 11 years at the OhioHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Columbus, most recently as Director of Quality and Director of Case Management. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, Certified Case Manager, and is currently finishing her Master of Healthcare Administration degree. Additionally, Johns has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She was tapped for this leadership role at Memorial based on her tremendous experience in Case Management, Utilization Review, and patient care. Johns lives in Delaware with her husband and daughter.
Memorial is also proud to share the addition of Germani as Nursing Director for the Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. Germani brings over 20 years of nursing experience, including 15 years in Trauma, Critical Care, and Emergency Medicine leadership. Most recently she served as Emergency Services Manager for Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. Germani was selected for her passion for fostering a positive emergency room culture and promoting shared governance within the organization.
She holds a Master of Nursing degree from Walden University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University. Germani has one daughter – together, they live on a five-acre farm where they enjoy country life, especially relaxing with a bonfire.
