Athletic Performance Training for All Ages, Skill Levels
Boost Performance with Enhanced Training
You can train like the pros! We offer customized, enhanced training for all skill levels from age seven through senior adults.
The certified sports performance professionals of Memorial Sports Medicine provide testing, movement analysis, and guidance to enhance skills and help reduce the chance of future injury. State-of-the-art conditioning equipment is used.

Kickstart: ages 8 – 10
($70/month, $45/week)
Mon. – Fri. 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Develops a stronger athletic base with bodyweight movements
Improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, speed, and power
Instill proper movement patterns to decrease injury risk and improve movement quality
Elevate: ages 11 – 13
($90/month, $45/week)
Mon. – Fri. 2:15pm – 3:15pm
Increases body awareness and coordination
Gain an introduction to weightlifting, with emphasis on proper technique to improve strength, speed, and power
Develops a knowledge base on how to properly train to increase performance
Accelerate: ages 14 – 18
($90/month, $45/week)
Mon. – Fri. 1pm – 2pm
Provides a good fitness base for those not participating in sports
Develops and expands a strong base to improve performance
Instills healthy lifestyle choices and habits
Gain guidance to help athletes prepare for the demands of high school sports
Experience a smooth transition for those wishing to play at the college level
Collegiate: incoming or current students participating in college athletic competition
($120/month, $45/week)
Mon. – Fri. 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Improves speed, strength, power, and conditioning
Refines movement patterns to reduce the chance of injury while promoting performance
Prepares athletes for preseason testing for their respective sports
Obtain the most advanced programming available to
prepare for college athletics
Boot Camp: adults age 18 and over, including college athletes
($120/month, $45/week)
Mon. – Thurs. 6 pm – 7 pm
Improves speed, strength, power, and conditioning
Refines movement patterns to reduce the chance of injury while promoting performance
Learn workouts that can be adjusted to any fitness level
Obtain guidance for nutrition (and weight loss, if needed)
Provides education about health life choices
Group Rates:
Family: $250/month (minimum of 4 members from same household)
Team Training: (Call for special pricing, minimum of 10 members)
Participants receive three 1-hour classes each week including:
- Pre- and post-fitness testing/injury risk assessment
- Customized warm-up plan
- Workout plan
- At-home exercise plan

Group Rates:
- Family/a minimum of 4 members from same household($250)
- Team Training/a minimum of 10 members (Call for special pricing)
Discounts:
- 20% discount for former Physical Therapy patients (must do PT with Memorial) within 5 months of their discharge date. Discounted Rate will be applied for first 3 months (must be consecutive) of training.
- 20% discount on monthly rate for former and current military, police or fire department personnel (weekly and team training rates not available).

As you strive to achieve your athletic and fitness potential, don’t forget that you need to properly fuel yourself as well! Regardless of your age or fitness level, your nutrition is important to maintaining your athletic performance. Every athlete has unique nutrition and hydration needs in addition to the goals for their physical athletic performance. Our Athletic Performance Nutrition Dietitian is trained to help you develop a customized nutrition plan which may include:
- How to eat and hydrate before, during, and after your particular workouts or competitions
- Proper timing of meals, the importance of varying foods, and the key to moderation
- Optimizing the carbohydrate and protein for your body type and sport
- A meal plan that addresses any food allergies or intolerances you have
- Assistance in developing a better relationship with food that allows you to fuel your body adequately
- Eating for muscle recovery after an injury
- Addressing any medical conditions that affect your performance and how nutrition can play a role in managing them
Join our dietitian for a consultation and you will learn more about:
- Ways to increase stamina and endurance to keep you performing at your best
- Gaining muscle for increased strength and power
- Losing body fat to help you make weight or become lighter on your feet
- Insights on how to start making better food choices and tips for buying and preparing foods
- Balancing your meals with whole foods instead of supplements
- Why consuming more protein does not ensure gaining more muscle mass
- Using supplements or sports foods and knowing what is safe and effective
