Children have a special place in our hearts at Memorial Hospital. We are dedicated to making your child feel welcome and comforted. We know that little ones don’t understand what’s going on with their medical treatment; they only know they don’t feel good. That’s why we take extra special care of our smallest guests in every way.
All departments at Memorial are equipped to care for our youngest patients. From diagnostic areas like the Laboratory and Imaging, to Surgery, Therapies, and Sports Medicine, our teams treat pediatric patients with extra doses of patience and empathy. And our Urgent Care opens every day at 9am because you shouldn’t have to wait, especially when a child needs care.
We offer a number of medical practices, including pediatricians, family medicine physicians who provide treatment for the whole family, orthopedic surgeons, and other specialists.
Diagnostics
We provide respiratory therapy for babies through adults in our Respiratory Therapy department at Memorial Hospital. A number of imaging options are available, including an Open MRI, which enables a parent to be with the child during the procedure. We also provide x-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, nuclear medicine, and Positron Emission Tomography.
Sports Medicine
We provide evaluation, therapy, and training for children through adults. We are also the exclusive provider of services for athletics for Fairbanks, Jonathan Alder, Marysville, Mechanicsburg, North Union, Triad, and West-Liberty Salem schools. Pediatric Therapies

Urgent Care
When your child is ailing, your doctor’s office may be closed, or it may be hard to get an appointment. The doctors and staff at Memorial Urgent Care can provide convenient, cost-effective evaluation and treatment – opening at 9am daily. We are located in Memorial City Gate Medical Center, 122 Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard in Marysville and in Memorial Urbana Medical Center, 1958 E US Highway 36 in Urbana. Both locations are open from 9am to 9pm weekdays and 9am to 6pm on Sundays. For your convenience, we also have imaging, laboratory, and other services in both locations.
